You are the competitive advantage in your business! Just get over it and be there for your customers!

Doing the uncomfortable work of getting outside your comfort zone and building a connection to a customer through a camera can give you a truly competitive advantage over your competition, which is not willing to do this. Take your smartphone, turn it on Selfy mode, hold it up, and make a video, then learn from that and make another and another. It's not a commercial but education, entertainment, and stories you heard from a customer.
