Stumbled upon Andrew Huberman not too long ago... Host of The Huberman Lab Podcast. His 2 hour episode on alcohol blew my mind and conveniently crossed my path during a time of deep contemplation towards my relationship with alcohol!I have been drinking since high school... but lord knows I am no longer in high school! Allow me to riddle you with thoughts about my relationship with alcohol throughout the years to the present and at the end we can blend in some science revolving around the negative impacts of alcohol on our bodies and brain.In no way shape or form is this me being a prude or riding my high horse judging those who like to drink... Andrew Huberman says the same and does the same... we are both simply highlighting the facts... and for me this is a personal soapbox rant that hopefully can relate and assist those going through similar conflicts with their relationship to alcohol.
