Katy Christie-Miller has been providing leading brands in fashion, homeware, sports, leisure and retail with branded, high-quality warehouse clearance events for 20 years.

Katy specialises in helping retailers turn remnant or returned stock into cash, while protecting their core brand values.

Two years ago she launched Finders Keepers Club to bring the same concept online.

The Finders Keepers Club operates via a Shopify store and already has over 10,000 members and is doing at least 2 sales events a month.

In this episode we discuss:

  • How to run your own short-term stock clearance events
  • Why you should include charities in your overstock distribution
  • Leveraging technology for in-person sales, such as the SumUp Card Reader
  • How to make sure everything sells at a 2 day event
