Inside Edition reports...A suspect has been apprehended by police in connection with the stabbing death of a Barnard College freshman and news of the arrest is just as shocking as the murder of Tessa Majors. Diane McInerney says the suspect is only 13. For just the third time in history, the House Judiciary Committee has voted articles of impeachment.
