It's a terrifying ordeal - a woman arrives home to find two thieves inside. They beat and pistol whip her. Here she is today, her face still badly bruised. CNN's Christiane Amanpour was set to interview Iran's president in New York. He insisted she wear a headscarf and Amanpour, who was born in Iran, politely refused. Plus, 25 years ago before school shootings became an epidemic, a then 14-year-old opened fire inside his high school killing three classmates. Now he's seeking parole in what's believed to be one of the first known instances of a school shooter possibly leaving prison. Plus, while in London for three weeks, Prince Harry and Meghan obviously missed their children, but also one of the newest members of their family, a pooch named Mamma Mia. It's a beagle that was rescued from a group of 4,000 puppies found in Virginia, and you won't believe what happened to some of the other pups. And singer Adam Levine is speaking out after a model came forward claiming she had an affair with the married father of two. She even released flirty texts she says proves it. Today we broadcast from London, just outside Westminster Abby where just a few hours ago funeral services were held for Queen Elizabeth II, Britain’s longest living and longest reigning monarch. Today marks the end of ten days of mourning…the final farewell to the only monarch most people have ever known. And the first state funeral in Britain since Winston Churchill’s in 1965 was a security challenge…the biggest in London's history. There was a massive police presence as well as military personnel involved in keeping the crowd safe. As Les Trent reports they weren't taking any chances. Plus, before her death, the queen had a chat with an archbishop who had been planning today's funeral with her for 17 years. He says the queen had one request – “don't make my service long and boring”…mission accomplished. And it wasn't made official until last night that Prince William and Kate's two oldest children Prince George and Princess Charlotte would be attending. This was their first big outing on the world stage…and they were the picture of poise.
