Inside Edition reports…America is a nation on edge today as emotions run high one week after George Floyd died in police custody. Protests overnight resulted in thousands of arrests for curfew violation or in connection with looting and destruction of property. In New York City, the first curfew in more than 75 years did not stop things from getting out of hand. As things are so volatile, it’s possible you may find yourself inadvertently caught up in a swarm of people. What do you do to stay safe? It’s a situation Inside Edition’s camera crew found themselves in when their car was surrounded. For those who want to make their voices heard on this very important civil rights issue, the Covid-19 pandemic makes participating especially tricky.
