It's Donald Trump’s 77th birthday, and it comes just the day after he became the first president in history to face federal charges. Now we're learning there was a major drama right after he plead not guilty to mishandling classified documents. During a stop at a Miami sandwich stop a reporter yelled out a question Trump's supporters didn't like, so she ended up being dragged out of the restaurant. Steven Fabian has details. And the laws are supposed to apply to everyone, and when a sheriff's deputy spotted a local cop doing 80 miles an hour in a 45 mile an hour zone, he did what he'd do to any such driver - he pulled him over. That's when the fireworks started. Plus, here's a word you may have never heard before: touron. It's a tourist who acts like a moron. There are plenty of examples of them out there, but this guy has been such a fool, that Les Trent says there's now a manhunt to find him. And back in the 80's, more than half of all retail sales were in malls. Today malls around the country are closing, and the owners of the biggest mall in San Francisco now say they’re done. In part because of changing consumer habits, but also because rising crime has left shop keepers and shoppers no longer feeling safe.
