Inside Edition reports -- A bipartisan committee of Congress has reached agreement to provide $8 billion dollars to fight coronavirus. The funding comes as the U.S. has 100 confirmed cases of coronavirus. It’s a number which now includes the family members and neighbor of a 50-year-old attorney who works in New York.
