Preliminary numbers show viewership was down more than 16 percent from last year and the limited amount of fans allowed into the stadium had a very mixed reaction to players linking arms in what was called a moment of unity as a loud chorus of boos could be heard from the stands. There’s a new condition being linked to the pandemic and it’s not only among people with the virus.
