And the man accused of murdering the CEO of United Healthcare has a new attorney. And before she was retained, she was on tv talking about a possible insanity defense. This comes as President-elect Donald Trump speaks out about the shooting. Plus, the woman who alleges that Jay-Z sexually assaulted her more than twenty years ago when she was 13 is speaking out, admitting there are inconsistencies in her story. And Jay-Z has come out swinging vehemently denying the allegations, filing to dismiss the lawsuit and calling the woman's attorney a '1-800 lawyer.' And last week, President Joe Biden commuted the sentences of 1,500 criminals, and one in particular is sparking outrage today - a now-former judge who accepted $2.8 million for jailing 2,300 children - some as young as eight. Now, as Jim Moret reports, van der Sloot may be extradited to the United States on charges of extortion and wire fraud.
