Welcome to the fourth installment of a 10-episode arc where I'm breaking down the biggest consumer trends we're seeing right now, with a particular focus on how they're going to affect our industry. Today I want to talk about work culture in a post-pandemic world. Why? Because the office culture we grew accustomed to -- the 9-to-5 as it was so lovingly referred to -- is dead. A significant percentage of workers (some estimate between 50-60%) will never return to the office full time. Instead, they'll enjoy remote work, or a hybrid schedule.
