E63 Elissa Dunn

This weeks guest is Elissa Dunn who currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona. Originally born and raised in South Florida, Elissa decided she wanted a change of careers while in her mid 20’s. Elissa left the corporate world for a career in the Hospitality Industry.

Elissa is primarily self taught, and to gain a wealth of experience she decided to take a unique approach by road tripping across the USA and working in different locations for several months each year. Some of the places where she’s worked include the following:

Dallas, TX Fort Myers, Fl Santa Barbara, CA Jupiter, FL Coeur d'Alene, ID Delray Beach, FL

Currently, Elissa is the bar manager of a fine dining restaurant in old town Scottsdale. Along with her bar manager position, Elissa is launching a pop up company @boltconcepts - that will produce small cocktail pop ups designed to make us think about the way we drink. The first one being “closed looped classics” and complete classic cocktail menu where she will use repurposed ingredients and no fruit goes in the trash. Completely seed to skin.
