Today we're asking the questions: Why do INFJs always feel guilty? Why is it so hard for INFJs to STOP feeling guilty? I'm sure you've experienced in your life that you do one thing and maybe your friend has done something similar and it's really easy for them to move on, but you keep reliving it. You feel like you have to prove to others that you're not being mean or that there's no reason why they should be mad at you and the list goes on and on and you just keep building up that guilt. Well, today we're gonna talk about exactly that because there's a great trick you can use to overcome guilt once and for all. It doesn't have to be that you have to carry this guilt forever and remember, you deserve to be able to let it go just like everybody else, but it won't happen by you telling yourself: "Oh, there was no reason to feel guilty about it."
