#040: Return of the Fly (S03E22 1989)

In the tv episode, Baxter Stockman restores himself to the normal dimension by electrocuting himself during an thunderstorm. He seeks ultimate revenge on the Turtles, Shredder, and Krang and sets his diabolical plan in motion by kidnapping April. The Rat King helps the Turtles rescue April and confront Shredder, resulting in chaos that ultimately leads to Baxter being frozen and the Technodrome's control room iced over.
