*Focus on meditating this weekend through outside activities such as jogging, bike riding, and gardening. As the weather warms up, breathing in deeply outdoors near plants can help our oxygen levels increase.*

*Human rights for all on Earth will come more into focus as we start to see race relations slowly improve. Brutal dictatorships still go unpunished as they use their corrupt military leaders to protect them*

**Dubai participating in the Kentucky Derby this weekend brings much focus on the daughters(supposedly being held hostage by their Dad) of the King of Dubai as many women still face inhumane treatment all over the world.**
