A graduate of the United States Military Academy in 2010, Alejandro went on to become a professional football player for the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Baltimore Ravens. After majoring in Systems Engineering at the Academy, Alejandro was commissioned a 2LT in the Engineer Branch with a branch detail in the Infantry. During his five years of service, Alejandro served as a Platoon Leader, Executive Officer, and Assistant Operations Officer. His service included a deployment to Afghanistan with 10th Mountain Division and two deployments with 1st Ranger Battalion. In 2010, 2012, and 2014 Alejandro tried out for different NFL teams aspiring to land on a roster. After failed attempts with the Cincinnati Bengals, Chicago Bears, and Philadelphia Eagles, Alejandro made the final 53 man roster in 2015 with the Pittsburgh Steelers. During his seven-year career in Pittsburgh he made 100 starts and was selected to two Pro Bowls while completing an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. Born in Meridian, Mississippi to Spanish parents, Alejandro currently resides in Miami, Florida. Jack is a 32-year veteran of the Central Intelligence Agency (“CIA”). Mr. Devine served as both Acting Director and Associate Director of CIA’s operations outside the United States from 1993-1995, where he had supervisory authority over thousands of CIA employees involved in sensitive missions throughout the world. In addition, he served as Chief of the Latin American Division from 1992-1993 and was the principal manager of the CIA’s sensitive projects in Latin America.Between 1990 and 1992, Mr. Devine headed the CIA’s Counternarcotics Center, which was responsible for coordinating and building close cooperation between all major U.S. and foreign law enforcement agencies in tracking worldwide narcotics and crime organizations. Mr. William Flavin is currently an independent consultant on peace and stabilization. For the past 19 years he was a department of defense civilian at the Peacekeeping and Stability Operations Institute. Previous he was the Assistant Director at the US Army Peacekeeping Institute in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Mr. Flavin assisted PKSOI with the implementation of its Joint Proponent responsibilities in peace and stability operations coordinating with Department of Defense, Department of State and USAID. Additionally, he assisted with advancing the US Governments United Nations initiatives by working with the key member states as well as NGOs and International Forums. Previously he was a senior foreign affairs analyst with Booz Allen and Hamilton on contract to assist the Peacekeeping Institute in doctrine development. Prior to this assignment, he was a Colonel in the US Army serving as the Deputy Director of Special Operations for the Supreme Allied Commander Europe at the Supreme Headquarters, Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE) from June 1995 to June 1999. Mr. Flavin served in the US Army for 31 years in Infantry and Special Forces where he has had extensive experience in planning and executing at the Strategic and Operational level. He has participated in many of the key operations from Viet Nam through the Balkans.
