About our Guest

Sean Bloch is a Corporate Training Professional, Mental Health Enthusiast, Podcast Host and baseball fan based from the Los Angeles area. Sean is the host of the mental wellness podcast Happy Brain that asks guests to share those tips and techniques to make your brain happy. In 2015, Sean produced and directed the award-winning documentary, Presenting Lisa: A Journey to Authenticity, that chronicled one woman’s life long struggle to live her true gender identify. When not sharing his passions you can find him cheering on his baseball team, the Los Angeles Angels.
