Eric is a passionate, lifelong learner. When not designing or delivering training, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and twin 14-year-old daughters and is a PADI Open Water Instructor pursuing the rating of Master Scuba Trainer.

His new book is called Lead Like a Pro: The Essential Guide for New Managers and comes out September 20, 2023.
