While there's certainly some validity to this, it's not all that concrete. You're actually the average of the people and habits you engage with on a daily basis. Yes, that means people you follow on Facebook, the music you listen to, the gym you attend, and the place that you work. Literally everything that touches your five senses needs to be audited on a regular basis to ensure that what you do serves you in the moment and is helping you progress.
