169 | Sacha Jones returns to interview me for a special birthday episode

Instead of me interviewing the guest, I've brought back one of the podcast's first guests and a good friend, Sacha Jones of Stiggly's Holistics NYC, to interview me. I'm calling it a special birthday episode as well as a sort of podcast birthday / anniversary. It's been over four years since I started this and so much has changed over those years with me, the podcast, the blog, and the direction I want things to go.

For long time pod listeners, thank you for all your support as I've changed and so has the show. And for new listeners, thank you too for giving the podcast a chance and feel free to check out some of those early (and very different) episodes from the younger days of the podcast (and the host).

Sacha dives into so many topics many of them inspired from the listener questions in the Facebook Group. You'll hear us discuss where I'm at now with body image, wellness, feminism, feeling feelings, my upcoming move to NYC, where I want my work & podcast to go, my new relationship (!!), plus some fun quick-fire questions....

links to everything we mention are below as always.

care/of

I'm really loving Care/Of supplements. With the longer, warmer days most of us are out and about more than usual. Staying well and optimizing our health for energy is essential. Care/of creates personalized supplement packets for you based on your unique needs and delivers them in daily customized packets for 20% less than comparable brands. They come in cute customizable packages (that have your name on them!) making them easy to take with you on the go and know exactly what to take each day. It's a win-win-win, you save time, you save money and your optimizing your health specific to YOU.

Charlotte's Web Hemp Extract

I'm loving CW Hemp for so many reasons and I know you will love them too. Charlotte's Web Hemp Oil (also known as CW) is a premium hemp extract for daily health and wellness. It helps with focus, mood boosting, muscle tension and just generally keeping your body in a balanced and flowing state. My personal favorite are the everyday oils you can drop directly into your mouth or add to smoothies and other drinks. CW harnesses the science of power and nature to counter everyday mind and body stresses.
