I don't remember how or when I stumbled upon this week's podcast guest Adam J. Kurtz. I feel like he has been in my internet world for years. His work is is honest, useful, and unique while still being relatable and inclusive. When I met him in person to record this episode on a sleepy winter Monday evening at his cozy Brooklyn apartment he shares with his husband, I was delighted to find out he was as great in real life as he seems on the internet. I could have spoken to him for hours but in this conversation we spoke about social media, moving to New York, his meandering career of both full time and freelance work, community, art, being yourself in your work, marriage, success, self-help, and more.
