"Be the Change -- A Conversation with Arun Gandhi" on "The Conscious Bridge"

Arun Gandhi was 14 years old and had lived for 2 years with his famous grandfather when Mahatma Gandhi was assassinated. During that time his grandfather taught Arun about our choices in our use of anger (anger can be used for positive change or it can be used for destruction) and how to live a life of nonviolence -- teachings which have guided Arun's lifetime work as a teacher of peace and nonviolence. In this enlightening conversation with host Mark Gilbert of Conscious Bridge Radio, Arun discusses the lessons he learned from his grandfather. He offers suggestions on how we can all monitor our daily lives to reduce unknowingly expressing harmful anger towards others. In addition, Arun shares his thoughts on the current US Presidential election and how we can each "be the change" we want to see in creating a more positive political environment.
