It's the Crunch time Countdown to Christmas!! In Episode 12 we're excited to be joined by our ReFuel leadership teammate and friend, Chandler Walters. Chandler shares some of his own Wonders and Blunders from recent times of leading worship. We also talk about which Christmas songs we would pick to lead that aren't your normal church Christmas worship songs. We also discuss the use of an M.D., or Music Director in services and ways you can slowly move that direction if you're looking for ideas to start getting your team more comfortable with the idea.
