Toto Wolff, Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One

In episode 1 of Series 2, Andrew talks to Toto Wolff, the CEO and Team Principal of the Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team, about life and success in the fast lane.

Toto Wolff is perhaps the most powerful man in motorsport. Since he took the helm as Team Principal, the Mercedes Formula One team has achieved an unprecedented seven consecutive World Championship doubles to become the most successful team in F1 history.

It’s a record born from Toto’s unique combination of racing, investing and business acumen.

In conversation with Andrew, Toto shares the secrets to his success. And he talks openly about overcoming childhood tragedy, the need to show weakness, admit your mistakes, and how sensitivity can be a superpower.

Says Toto: “I need to objectively show my weaknesses and the mistakes I make. Never feel a sense of entitlement and perform better tomorrow than today.”
