Cindy Ruccolo is my guest. www.cindyruccolo.net Cindy has been involved with fitness since she was fourteen years old. She joined her first spa ladies club where she was active with weights, aerobics, and cardio. A few years later she joined the U.S. Navy, where she became more involved with running, working out and training daily with Navy divers on board the ships she was stationed to. By the 1980s, Cindy was at full throttle, competing in local to national bodybuilding championships. In the Key West naval base, she trained passionately, always moonlighting, taking personal training clients on the side and in the evenings, as well as taught many aerobics classes weekly. Cindy continued on to become a licensed certified personal trainer, launching and heading up several personal training teams in many different gyms (LA Fitness, Gold’s Gym, US1 Fitness, Club Body Tech, Lord’s Gym). She worked by training her private clients in their homes, in country clubs, on the beach and in parks. She has also worked as an instructor in a spa/extended stay weight loss camp. Cindy also has experience in managing health clubs as a general manager and in health club sales. “I am in the business of changing lives, one body at a time, and I am committed to your success!” -Cindy Ruccolo
