I had the pleasure to seat down and talk with Dr. Jessica Johnson, PHARMD, BCACP (VA Hospital Pharmacist.)

In our conversation, we covered:

• the steps to become an Ambulatory Care Pharmacist with the VA

• different types of VA insurance coverages

• her mentoring business "Dream seCURED Mentoring"

• her being diagnosed with COVID-19 and overcoming it.

Intro to Jessica Johnson, PHARMD, BCACP. She speaks about how a mentor guided her to become a Ambulatory Care Pharmacist. The process of Pharmacy residency and the workload. She spoke about how a mentor spark a light in her to start her own mentoring business, "Dream seCURED Mentoring". This business helps connect individuals with professionals in their desired career field to advance their goal.

Dr. Jessica Johnson gives us her experience with catching COVID-19 and the symptoms she suffered. Giving us 1st hand knowledge on how people catch it, deal with it and overcome it. Also, breaking down the insurance structure of the Veterans Affairs.
