Female? Over 40? FACT: Menopause is only a matter of time but there's lots you can do!

If you are 40 plus and female then Menopause is only a matter of time! Symptoms begin gradually and for some women will really affect their quality of life. Get the lowdown on the surprising symptoms of menopause when I was interviewed by Tammy Aghedo for her House of Tammy Talkshow.

My Advice? Don't put up with the pain and disruption Menopause can bring. Movement really is Medicine and there is not one symptom that being more active will not help! My expertise is in Pilates and Yoga and my Physiotherapy training puts me in a great position to help you move more, move well and make a change.
