DIDDY RUSHED TO HOSPITAL: DANGLED MODEL OFF 17TH FLOOR BALCONY?

DIDDY RUSHED TO HOSPITAL: DANGLED MODEL OFF 17TH FLOOR BALCONY?

Sean “Diddy” Combs reportedly rushed to the hospital hours after prosecutors filed a superseding indictment in his federal racketeering case.

The disgraced rap mogul is now accused of criminal activity spanning two decades and of sex trafficking two additional victims in addition to ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura. Alongside the amended indictment, more alleged victims have come forward in lawsuits, claiming sexual assault at the hands of Combs.

Combs was transported from the Metropolitan Detention Center to Brooklyn Hospital Center under the cover of darkness to avoid whispers and speculation from other inmates and prison staff. He underwent an MRI but did not require an overnight stay and was returned to prison a few hours later.

The MRI was reportedly authorized because Combs has been complaining about an old knee injury. Diddy has faced knee problems for decades after running the 2003 New York Marathon. He injured his knee during the six weeks he trained for the marathon. Combs, accompanied by undercover officers, participated in the race as part of his fundraiser, “Diddy Runs the City,” which ultimately garnered $2 million for New York public schools and children suffering from HIV and AIDS. He finished in four hours and 15 minutes, achieving his goal of beating Oprah Winfrey, who previously completed the Marine Corps Marathon in four and a half hours.

Ahead of his May trial, federal prosecutors have amended the indictment against Sean Diddy Combs. He still faces charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution, but two more women have been added to the last charge, referred to as Victims 2 and 3 throughout the document. According to the new filing, Combs “used force, threats of force, and coercion to cause victims, including but not limited to three female victims, to engage in commercial sex acts.”

The superseding indictment is very similar to the original filed in September, but in addition to accusing Combs of trafficking more women, it also extends the time frame of his alleged racketeering conspiracy. Prosecutors initially accused the mogul of using ‘Combs Enterprises’ as a 'criminal organization' responsible for kidnapping and drug-related crimes as far back as 2008, but they now allege the illegal activity began four years earlier, indicating that Combs’ pattern of abuse has continued uninterrupted for two decades.

The amended indictment expands the list of drugs that Combs and his associates are accused of distributing, which initially included cocaine, ketamine, and oxycodone. Methamphetamine and magic mushrooms have now been added to the list of substances. Combs is accused of encouraging women to engage in sex by plying them with substances, including ketamine and ecstasy, often without their knowledge or consent. Prosecutors also allege that he offered women money and promises to help advance their careers if they participated in his "Freak Offs."

The superseding indictment includes allegations from fashion designer Bryana Bongolan, who claims that Diddy dangled her over the edge of a 17th-floor balcony. This is listed as just one example of how Combs allegedly used force to combat threats to his reputation. Just months after beating Cassie Ventura at the Intercontinental Hotel, Bongolan claims that an intoxicated Combs let himself into Ventura’s apartment looking for his girlfriend but only found Bongolan, who had spent the night there. Enraged, Diddy allegedly grabbed Bongolan by the armpits, dangled her off the edge of the balcony, and threatened to drop her until Ventura happened to arrive home and intervene.

Combs has once again vehemently denied all of the allegations in the revised indictment.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE FIRST-DEGREE MURDER CHARGES AGAINST LUIGI MANGIONE?

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE FIRST-DEGREE MURDER CHARGES AGAINST LUIGI MANGIONE?

A New York judge has dismissed two state-level terrorism-related murder charges against Luigi Mangione. The dismissed charges were first-degree murder in furtherance of an act of terrorism and second-degree murder as a crime of terrorism. The judge ruled that state prosecutors did not present sufficient evidence to the grand jury to support the claim that Mangione intended to "intimidate and coerce a civilian population" or influence government policy. That is the legal threshold for state terrorism charges. Mangione still faces several other serious charges, including a second-degree murder charge and federal charges that could carry the death penalty. Attorney General Pam Bondi directed federal prosecutors to seek the death penalty, which marks the first such directive by the Trump administration. New York, where the murder occurred, has abolished the death penalty, and Mangione's lawyers are attempting to block the federal death penalty pursuit, arguing the move is a political stunt. KOHBERGER SAYS I OWE THE VICTIMS NOTHING

KOHBERGER SAYS I OWE THE VICTIMS NOTHING

Kohberger’s life behind bars consists of monotonous days in a restrictive housing unit. For the most part, Kohberger spends 23 hours a day alone in his cell. He eats his meals there and is restrained anytime he’s moved. Every day, the admitted quadruple-killer is allowed one hour in an outdoor ‘cage.’ Inmates say are usually covered in feces and urine. He may only shower every other day. Kohberger can request access to a heavily-monitored tablet stocked with games and email. He reportedly pens multiple complaints to IMSI staff. The plea deal isn’t keeping Bryan Kohberger as quietly locked away as originally hoped. The convicted quadruple-murderer is now contesting his financial restitution to the victims. He argues he should not have to pay the victims’ families because they benefitted from several GoFundMe pages and did not suffer ‘economic loss.’ Kohberger also points out even if he wanted to pay, he has no way to raise the funds, seeing as he will spend the rest of his natural life behind bars. NEIGHBOR FINDS CAITLIN, 36, 'PULVERIZED' IN TAX-LAWYER STAIRWELL, FOOT MISSING

NEIGHBOR FINDS CAITLIN, 36, 'PULVERIZED' IN TAX-LAWYER STAIRWELL, FOOT MISSING

A resident at Grant Luxury Condos heads downstairs, but stops short when they see a severed human foot at the bottom of the second-floor stairwell that looks too real to be a Halloween decoration. The resident reports it to a doorman, who calls 911 in a panic, after discovering the rest of a woman’s body three floors up. Investigators swarm the high-rise and determine the victim fell at least 20 stories. When the fall victim is identified as Caitlin Tracey, her husband, Adam Beckerink is arrested. Beckerink reported Caitlin missing just the day before she was discovered dead on the second floor of their building. Beckerink claimed he hadn’t seen Caitlin in months, but surveillance footage shows them at the Grant together, just three days prior to Caitlin’s death. With no real proof Beckerink committed a crime, Chicago Police are forced to release Beckerink 48 hours later. The Medical Examiner finds Caitlin’s body “pulverized,” suffering multiple injuries while falling 24 floors. The report notes multiple skull fractures, a deep gaping laceration on the back of her head exposing cranial content, cuts and bruises to her face and neck, a badly broken nose, internal organs sliced, and a severed foot. Caitlyn also suffered an 11-inch laceration on her torso and the coroner made note of a 12-by-10-inch area of intense Black and Brown abrasions on her back. Raising even more questions, cocaine and an erectile dysfunction drug, tadalafil are found in Caitlin's system.
