In The Beginning: Genesis 3

Genesis 2 leaves us with a compelling picture of a good world created by a good God who is in a relationship with his good people. But, that is not our current experience with our world. We experience hardship, pain, suffering, and sorrow. We interact with people who are not all that good, and, if we’re honest, we have to admit that we’re not that great either. We struggle with anger, jealously, pride, overconsumption, and more. What went wrong?

This Sunday we will turn our attention to Genesis 3, which explains what went wrong in our world and what is wrong in our heart.
