Soul Food Comes In Many Forms

Please join me as I interview Gayla Mawell (Apologies for recording being faint initiallyit gets louder part way in) Gayla is and has been many things including Founder of TranceForm Nature Retreats, an Author, Singer, Speaker & Teacher. She is a Master Trainer, Clinical Hypnotherapist & Hypnoenergetics Practitioner and Author of internationally acclaimed “Permission to Dance, A Course in Love & Happiness”, Gayla talks about her spiritual and life journey and all she has learnt about herself on the way to be accepting of herself and others, allowing herself to just be. She now believes you don’t need to be identified as a “spiritual person” to be spiritual, it’s more about how you live your life with spirit inside you. She talks about her experience in living what she thought at the time was her purpose in life. She worked as a Therapist and loved it, she felt connected whilst working but was left feeling sad and empty when her clients left. She realized through a process she shares what she is most passionate about and what really brings her ongoing joy and so made changes in her life to be able to live it fully. Gayla’s restaurant “Eden on the Bay” delivers all that she is most passionate about. The concept is unique, real and what so many of us have waited for.
