The former Principal of Ferris School for Boys, Damond Warren's passion for serving the community led him to found the P.E.A.C.E. organization in 2020. P.E.A.C.E., which stands for "Please Educate All Children Equally," embodies Mr. Warren's unwavering commitment to promoting diversity and equity in education, particularly within the Philadelphia youth community.
