Billy Barty was an American actor and activist. In adult life, he stood 3 ft 9 in tall, due to cartilage–hair hypoplasia dwarfism.

Billy's had an amazing career in Showbiz that spanned nearly three-quarters of a century.

Billy also started The Little of America a nonprofit organization providing support and information to people of short stature and their families.
