Welcome back to Episode 166 of On the Spot Sports and in today's episode we have a very special guest, current professional hockey player, Connor Fries! Connor and I talk about his path to pro hockey playing in the SPHL with the Quad City Storm. We also talk about trying different sports when you are young and developing as an athlete, how he developed his game throughout juniors, started off as a gritty player before adding skill to his game later, taking the prep hockey route and focusing on development, being a song and learning from other players, playing hockey, lacrosse and football while at Prep School, winning an Ignite Cup championship with the Columbus River Dragons in 2021 and so much more!
