Kristeny Davis is charged with second-degree murder as a result of child neglect in the death of her 2-month-old son. Police in Norman, Oklahoma said the baby died from internal injuries and skull fractures after Davis said her older son threw the baby into a ball pit. Police said Davis fell asleep after drinking whiskey and left the children unattended.
