It’s expected to be a category 3 storm when it hits land, with Sarasota, about 60 miles south of Tampa apparently in the bullseye. More than 3,000 National Guardsmen have been activated and millions are evacuating as time is running out. But, as Steve Fabian reports, some residents have decided they’re hunkering down. And barely a year after 22-year-old blogger Gabby Petito was found murdered in Wyoming, a TV movie is coming out about the case. We’ve got your first look at the film which recreates the story that captivated the nation. Plus, this guy is dealing with a baffling medical mystery; what’s changing his skin color? It’s been getting darker and darker. We spoke with a dermatologist to find out what’s going on. And he built a massive bunker in his luxurious home, ready to ride out whatever misfortune might come in the future. Prosecutors, however say that bunker made him a target, a magnet for a man terrified over the prospect of nuclear war. It's a wait and see game as forecasters and residents of Florida brace for Hurricane Ian. Already a category one storm, it's expected to rise to category four by the time it makes landfall. Regardless of where it hits, folks in Tampa are being told to expect the water level there to increase to historic levels. And actor Alec Baldwin is celebrating the birth of his 8th child…number seven with wife Hilaria. However, he may soon have bigger worries than family issues. Prosecutors in New Mexico are said to be close to making a decision about whether to file criminal charges in connection with the fatal onset shooting of cinematographer Halina Hutchins. If charges are warranted, Baldwin is said to be among those who could face charges. He has denied wrongdoing, saying he was told the gun was loaded with blanks and that he did not pull the trigger when Hutchins was accidentally shot. Plus, it's an amusement park danger you may never have thought about…your cell phone. A teenaged girl was rushed to the hospital after she was seriously injured when a cell phone flew off ride and hit her in the head. And the number one show on Netflix this weekend is the miniseries on murderer Jeffrey Dahmer. It's a terrifying ordeal - a woman arrives home to find two thieves inside. They beat and pistol whip her. Here she is today, her face still badly bruised. Now he's seeking parole in what's believed to be one of the first known instances of a school shooter possibly leaving prison. And what are the odds that two people working at the same hospital would turn out to be mother and son without either of them having any clue they're related? "The Art of the Steal" that’s how the attorney general of New York described Donald Trump's business dealings as she announced today she is suing the former president and his three oldest children accusing them of engaging in numerous acts of fraud. This comes as political observers say Trump is now publicly embracing the conspiracy group QAnon. And it’s not the announcement you want to hear on a plane “a baby has stopped breathing.” But thankfully a nurse was on board and she saved the baby…much to the cheers of her fellow passengers. Les Trent spoke with the nurse and the baby's very relieved mom about that lifesaving flight. Plus, it was a big night as Yankee’s slugger Aaron Judge hit number 60 for the season…tying Babe Ruth's record and putting him one away tying the record books. Meantime, the guy who caught it has put himself in the "class" hall of fame...for giving the ball back! And as Russia's invasion of Ukraine now enters its seventh month.
