And, day 12 of the search for that convicted killer who escaped from a Pennsylvania prison. And while officials don't know where he is, they do know he's slipped out of that perimeter cops thought they'd secured, and he's changed his appearance. Today, there are a lot of questions. Chief among them: how'd he slip through? Plus, the US Open tennis tournament is history with Coco Gauff the new darling of women's tennis thanks to her win. She's also the darling of social media thanks to this footage making the rounds. Coco at age 8, watching the US Open with no inkling of what was to come. And, polls show 65 percent of all Americans believe in UFOs. Which may be why this footage struck a nerve. And the president masked up today as he handed out the Medal of Honor. Plus, at the start of the holiday weekend, we reported on the likely danger of riptides…thanks in part to the after effects of Hurricane Idalia. Unfortunately, there were plenty of instances in which swimmers got caught. Ann Mercogliano spoke with one man who rescued a guy just moments before he thought he was a goner. And another scare on the water as a four-year-old boy jumps into a pond.
