The Best Of Mark Levin - 2/22/25

This week on the Mark Levin Show, critics are trashing Attorney General Pam Bondi and the Department of Justice for allegedly politicizing prosecutions and investigations. Despite the increasingly alarmist claims about the politicization of the Trump DOJ, the Supreme Court needs to disregard the noise from commentators and swiftly address the judicial overreach by lower court judges who are usurping fundamental executive powers. These district judges are severely undermining the separation of powers and representative government, eroding public trust in the judiciary. It is their politicization that poses a real threat to the justice system. It has become evident that federal trial courts are engaged in a non-violent insurrection against the elected President and the executive branch, as these judges issue rulings on decisions made by the Trump administration. Later, this week marked the 80th anniversary of the Battle of Iwo Jima, a brutal conflict against the Japanese in WWII. It’s very important to remember these battles. One might ponder if, even back then, some accused the U.S. of sparking the conflict by provoking Japan. Aggregator sites like Drudge and Mediaite, often run by left-wing individuals, spin content from this show to create misleading headlines, such as claiming Levin is defying President Trump over his views on Putin, and Zelensky. This narrative is pseudo-news meant to provoke a nonexistent feud – it won’t work. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

The Best Of Mark Levin - 3/29/25

The Best Of Mark Levin - 3/29/25

This week on the Mark Levin Show, the Houthis “have attacked U.S. warships 174 times and commercial vessels 145 times since 2023.” That's 319 acts of war. That's why President Trump ordered military operations against the Houthis. They attacked us over and over and over again. Unprovoked. For the hate America First appeasers, why are you on the side of the enemy?  Mike Huckabee's confirmation hearing for U.S. ambassador to Israel was minimally covered, with only C-SPAN reporting while network and cable TV ignored it, amid vicious protests from Code Pink and bias from Democrats favoring Hamas.  He delivered a masterful lesson on our nation’s founding, its connection to God, Judaism, and Christianity, and our ties to Israel. The Democrat media and Democrats are desperately trying to create a scandal with the Atlantic, Signal story. There is no scandal.  Senator Roger Marshall is defending Qatar despite its role in funding terrorism globally, including support for Hamas, which has taken American hostages. While Qatar collaborates with Iran and shelters Hamas leaders, Marshall tries to highlight positive aspects of the country, seemingly excusing its actions. Why did Marshall choose not to bring up examples of Qatar funding terrorism? Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

Elon Musk vs. Government Waste: The Battle for Efficiency

Elon Musk vs. Government Waste: The Battle for Efficiency

On Friday's Mark Levin Show, Ben Ferguson from the Ben Ferguson podcast fills in. Democrats are in an uproar over Elon Musk, displaying behavior that seems petty and unhinged. Instead of focusing on pressing issues, they target Musk and President Trump. Musk is transforming the culture surrounding economic mismanagement and the left's agenda, which doesn't align with the country's needs or desires. He has efficiently exposed and removed individuals causing harm to the nation. Additionally, President Trump has assembled a remarkable team dedicated to repairing and improving the country, necessitating the removal of harmful individuals. The President of the United States shouldn't have to contend with district judges undermining his efforts. Lastly, some schools are resisting Trump's ban on biological men participating in women's sports. Governor Janet Mills is defying Trump's law, stating that Maine will not comply. A viral video reveals schools in Maine allowing biological men to compete in women's sports. Mills responded by saying, "We'll see you in court." Her strategy involves using the law while not adhering to it. Where are the feminists supporting women's rights? Mills has no right to ignore a federal law affecting women's rights; this is illegal, and she should step down as governor.  Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

Qatar's Friend in the Senate: Roger Marshall's Questionable Allegiances

Qatar's Friend in the Senate: Roger Marshall's Questionable Allegiances

On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, Sen Roger Marshall is defending Qatar despite its role in funding terrorism globally, including support for Hamas, which has taken American hostages. While Qatar collaborates with Iran and shelters Hamas leaders, Marshall tries to highlight positive aspects of the country, seemingly excusing its actions. Why did Marshall choose not to bring up examples of Qatar funding terrorism? Does he understand the difference between an ally and an adversary? Also, Democrats are targeting Pete Hegseth, while Soros- and Koch-backed Republicans are gunning for Mike Waltz over the Signal text controversy. Ultimately, though, it’s Trump the Democrats are after. Hegseth and Waltz must hold firm, or the presidency will suffer. Later, Trump, Kristi Noem, Pam Bondi, Kash Patel, and Tom Homan have been making significant strides in cleaning up our streets. Despite resistance from judges slowing their efforts, they’ve done an outstanding job, notably apprehending a high-ranking MS-13 leader labeled the "worst of the worst."   Learn more about your ad choices. Activist Judges and Their Impact on Trump's Policies

Activist Judges and Their Impact on Trump's Policies

On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, the Democrat media and Democrats are desperately trying to create a scandal with the Atlantic, Signal story. There is no scandal. There was no threat to our armed forces or the ongoing mission. President Trump will get to the bottom of it. More attention has been devoted to the Signal story than to the 13 courageous soldiers who lost their lives during Biden’s horrific Afghanistan withdrawal. We’re bombing the hell out of the Houthis and we’re not getting many reports on it. Later, a group filed a lawsuit over the Trump administration's Signal group chat, and it was amazingly assigned to Judge Boasberg - the same judge hearing the deportation case. This case should be thrown out because the group doesn’t have standing.   Also, it’s illogical that a single district court judge, at the lowest level, can issue an order impacting the entire nation, while a lone Supreme Court justice lacks similar authority. Although appeals are an option, the process can drag on for years, exacerbating the issue. To address this imbalance, the Supreme Court should take up one of these cases and provide a definitive resolution. Afterward, Randy Fine calls in to discuss his special election campaign in Florida’s 6th Congressional District, where the outcome could significantly impact Trump’s agenda. Fine is prepared to enact legislation to support Trump’s policy goals. In addition, Dr Elaine Healy joins the show, she exposed Andrew Cuomo’s directive to put COVID patients in nursing homes on this show 5 years ago.  Finally, YAF President Scott Walker joins the show to highlight the significance of the Wisconsin Supreme Court election. He warns that a liberal victory could lead to redrawn congressional districts, eliminating two Republican seats. Should Republicans lose both this race and the Florida congressional seat Democrats might gain control of the House of Representatives. Learn more about your ad choices. Judicial Tyranny: Standing Up for We the People

Judicial Tyranny: Standing Up for We the People

On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, Mike Huckabee's confirmation hearing for U.S. ambassador to Israel was minimally covered, with only C-SPAN reporting while network and cable TV ignored it, amid vicious protests from Code Pink and bias from Democrats favoring Hamas. He delivered a masterful lesson on our nation’s founding, its connection to God, Judaism, and Christianity, and our ties to Israel. There’s growing concern over unprecedented cooperation among China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea against the U.S., alongside rising antisemitism, which President Trump is trying to address despite resistance from Democrat-appointed judges. Islamists and Marxists have the same goal: the destruction of Western civilization. The U.S. isn’t engaging the Houthis over Israel; rather, the Houthis have struck our ships 319 times, constituting clear acts of war. Also, Jim Jordan calls in to address methods for curbing federal judges who act as if they hold presidential authority. He also recounts his memorable experience attending a wrestling match with Trump and highlights Wyatt Hendrickson’s incredible victory. Later, the signal leak wasn’t good but it’s not the crisis of the century. It was a discussion, and no classified information was revealed. Finally, Steve Hilton calls in to discuss his new book, Califailure: Reversing the Ruin of America’s Worst-Run State. The Radical Left's War on Immigration and National Security

The Radical Left's War on Immigration and National Security

On Monday’s Mark Levin Show,  an Obama-appointed judge on the D.C. Circuit obnoxiously opposed the Trump administration's plan to deport Venezuelan gang members who entered the U.S. illegally. They are here illegally; there’s no due process.  These judges are overstepping their role by trying to create due process for these individuals when this is a national security matter outside their jurisdiction. These judges are protecting brutal gang members as part of a broader battle, with the ultimate war aimed at undermining Trump. Also, the Atlantic’s Jeffrey Goldberg claims he was accidentally included in a text chain about military plans to strike the Houthis. How can this be an accident? Secretary Hegseth Pete Hegseth came out and said, “nobody was texting war plans.” Then, according to left-wing Politico, NSA Mike Waltz’s “future in doubt following accidental war plan leak,” which may be disinformation or a leak.  There’s a campaign to oust Waltz, most likely from the isolationists. This is a set-up.  The administration must defend Waltz against this apparent push to remove him.  Later, the Houthis “have attacked U.S. warships 174 times and commercial vessels 145 times since 2023.” That's 319 acts of war. That's why President Trump ordered military operations against the Houthis. They attacked us over and over and over again. Unprovoked. For the hate America First appeasers, why are you on the side of the enemy? Finally, Sen Ron Johnson calls in to explain the critical importance of the Wisconsin Supreme Court election, emphasizing that this race carries significant national implications. The Best Of Mark Levin - 3/22/25

The Best Of Mark Levin - 3/22/25

This week on the Mark Levin Show, the Constitutional crisis we face right now is coming out of the lower courts of the federal judiciary and it must be stopped. We have a federal Judge who ordered President Trump to call back an airplane that was flying vicious criminals back to El Salvador and we have every right to call these Judges out. When Judges act like politicians they must be criticized. The official position of MAGA: Iran will not get nukes. The President, Secretary of Defense, Secretary of State, and National Security Advisor all said in the last 24-36 hours that by hook or by crook, Iran must not and will not get nuclear weapons. A remarkable chapter in space exploration closed with the safe return of 2 astronauts stranded for nine months—a feat made possible by Elon Musk and his SpaceX team. This historic achievement underscores what innovation and determination can accomplish, even as Musk faces unjust criticism and vandalism from the left targeting Tesla. While detractors attack, Musk succeeds where others couldn’t, saving two astronauts in a mission prioritized by President Trump. Unelected federal district judges, particularly in Democrat-leaning areas, are overstepping their authority and undermining the separation of powers by issuing vague or overly broad orders that interfere with presidential duties, such as immigration enforcement and border security. This is judicial overreach, unchecked by the Supreme Court or Chief Justice John Roberts, and it threatens the constitutional framework, potentially leading to a judicial oligarchy or tyranny. Also, Sen Bernie Sanders is a Stalinist. To him, the Democratic Party isn’t wrong—it’s just not committed enough. Why is it acceptable for a man who shares the ideology of Castro and Mao to be treated like just another liberal? Bernie worships Marxism. He uses the language of the Constitution to attack the Constitution, which is typical of Marxists. Also, Musk’s legal team should explore filing tortious interference lawsuits against individuals, including members of Congress, who are attempting to undermine Tesla. Marxism Unmasked: Levin vs. AOC and Bernie

Marxism Unmasked: Levin vs. AOC and Bernie

On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, Rep Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC) and Sen Bernie Sanders are staunch Marxists, even though AOC shows she has never deeply read the texts of Marx or Hegel. Marxism is all about slogans, skills Sanders excels at while AOC is still developing. There isn’t one place where Marxism has worked, yet this is what they push. Later, there is this fusion between Marxism and Islamism. The People’s Forum, a pro-Communist Chinese Party (CCP) Marxist group, is orchestrating protests to free Mahmoud Khalil. The group has ties to radical left-wing organizations like Code Pink and has a history of supporting anti-Israel and pro-Palestinian causes, including celebrating Hamas attacks. Also, the mainstream media is downplaying the fact that Badar Khan Suri, a Georgetown University student facing deportation by the Trump administration, is the son-in-law of a senior Hamas official, Yousef Saleh. The media portray Suri as merely a researcher or student caught in a legal dispute, ignoring his alleged ties to Hamas and his promotion of antisemitic propaganda on social media. Afterward, Jim Trusty calls in to discuss the Trump administration facing an unprecedented number of legal injunctions, far surpassing those of any previous president. This is the continuing of lawfare. In addition, leftwing conflicted Obama judge, James Boasberg, is looking to hold the Trump administration in contempt. That's what he's doing, and he wants to make a big splash, get lots of media headlines, and try to sabotage the Trump administration. He wants to create the impression that Trump is lawless when, in fact, Boasberg is lawless. He wants to play into the Democrat Party narrative that Trump is a dictator, when it is Boasberg who is the autocrat. Finally, Jim Simpson joins the conversation to talk about his new book, Manufactured Crisis: The War to End America. https://www.amazon.com/Manufactured-Crisis-War-End-America/dp/B0DGD854FS/ Learn more about your ad choices.
