Here's what you need to self-regulate your moods.

It's very easy to pin our sour moods or erratic emotions on external circumstances or other people in our lives. The fact of the matter is, the things you feel come from SOMEWHERE. Understanding the trigger of your responses to things, will help you be able to regulate your feelings for the next time. We're often the most impatient and moody with the people we love the most. This does harm to our relationships but also to our OWN well being. Being open and vulnerable about why we're in a mood or why things agitate us and acknowledging that it's a work in progress, is the key to controlling our emotions and having a joyful life, free of mood swings and emotional upheaval.
