Today’s episode shares the perspective of being a dad and what it was like when his daughter was diagnosed with Scoliosis.

At the age of 6, her scoliosis was discovered by her gymnastics teacher. Not having any prior experience with Scoliosis, he felt like he was in a tunnel, “pressing the panic button.”

Not knowing how to deal with it, he looked online only to see the worst of images.

He felt bad not just as being her father but being a trainer & not noticing it.

As a teenager his daughter would have a custom brace. She was required to wear it 16 hrs a day.

“It was a mission to get her brace on.”

He shares with us that when his daughter didn’t wear her brace, her back started to hurt.

He trains her 3x a week, emphasizing the importance of communicating with her team of specialists.

Having the team that they have created has been essential.
