Fizzy Head - Having Too Many Tabs Open!

Fizzy Head - Having Too Many Tabs Open!

**TRIGGER WARNING** Please be advised of the content at the beginning of this episode, where I recap the previous episode. This briefly talks about themes of suicide and mental health - Listener discretion advised.

Tonight's episode talks about the concept of having "too many tabs open" in your head and trying to keep on top of all the tasks expected of you as well as organising several things at once.

I talk about how I try and keep on top of feelings of being overwhelmed by stress or stressful situations and how, at present. I feel that things are under control, even though I worry about literally everything!
