Activist Judge Halts Deportation of Alien Gang Bangers

An Obama-appointed activist federal judge temporarily blocked President Trump from deporting ILLEGAL ALIEN GANG MEMBERS. I’m Tomi Lahren, more next. A federal judge put a temporary block on President Trump’s ability to deport criminal illegal aliens and the order went so far as to say any deportation flights already IN THE AIR would have to turn around and bring the illegals BACK to the USA. This ruling was brought to the judge on behalf of a group of five Venezuelan CRIMINAL ILLEGAL ALIENS in immigration custody in Texas and New York local jails. The action revolves around whether or not our PRESIDENT has the right to invoke the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 which gives the president the ability to order the arrest, detention and deportation of noncitizens who are 14 years or older and come from countries staging an "invasion or predatory incursion" of the U.S. This temporary order is for 14 days only. The Justice Department has already appealed the decision. What really TICKS ME OFF is how hard President Trump has to work to put America first. Democrats and activist judges put criminal illegal aliens above you and I and it feels like TREASON!
