Jody Fern Howard disappeared on October 7, 1991, from a gas station in Wolf Point, Montana, located on the Fort Peck Indian Reservation. She was 28 years old at the time and a member of the Fort Peck Assiniboine and Sioux tribes. Her case remains unsolved, and she was not reported missing until November 10, 1991, over a month later.
