Episode 143: Seen

Episode 143: Seen

Hi guys, happy Wednesday! Today's guest is an extra special Okie, Author and Public Speaker, Alton Carter. Alton first wrote his personal story, "The Boy Who Carried Bricks", detailing his childhood and experience of moving through 17 different foster homes. He has gone on to publish several other titles including his latest children's book, "Different Altogether." This episode means so much to me because I have always resonated with Alton's story, since I first read his first book, as it so closely mirrors mine. He gave me so much inspiration to finally write my own story so I have a lot of gratitude for him in this ole' heart. I have also had the privledge of watching him in person, pouring his light onto others in hopes that their path forward will be lit. You can find Alton's books here. Enjoy!
