Q&A Session Twenty-Seven - Ellie Pashley Special

Q&A Session Twenty-Seven is brought to you by TRAIL:

TRAIL is a research study from La Trobe University designed by runners for runners. This study is being conducted to explore the impact of running on knee joint health in people with and without a history of knee surgery. Specifically, the study will establish the relationship between running biomechanics, running loads (e.g. frequency, duration, speed) and muscle strength, and changes in knee joint health on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and knee symptoms over a two-year period.

TRAIL are looking for at least 30 women who run at least 10km or 3x a week with a history of knee surgery. Head to https://trail.latrobe.edu.au/ to find out more.

Joel sits down with Ellie Pashley for an extended Q&A session that covers everything from her debut Olympics last year in Tokyo, to the birth of her daughter Tiggy in June this year. We hear about Ellie's path back to race fitness, her goals for the next couple of years and plenty of entertaining answers to listener questions.
