There could be a chance you know about Headway already, and perhaps have even had experience of their care and work already, but for the uninitiated this will be a perfect way of finding out more about not only the work they do, but the people involved, the mission statement, the knock on effects, and also the unseen complexities that can swamp those dealing with brain injury. If it’s a world you are unfamiliar with, these are issues that may not have entered your consciousness before so it’s a fascinating and deeply interesting way of finding out more about the day to day work of Headway, the worlds of those who benefit from their work, and also the very human side of dealing with the effects of such injury. It’s certainly not all doom and gloom, and Natalie’s positive, uplifting attitude and forward thinking displays this clearly and relentlessly!
