The Power of Frequency: Where Science & Spirituality Meet with Henry Penix

Today, Michael welcomes Henry Penix, co-founder and CEO of Soaak Technologies, a leader in the holistic health tech industry. Soaak started as a private health clinic in Tulsa, OK, providing Brain Mapping, Neurofeedback, and Talk Therapy. Understanding that holistic wellness needed accessibility to a broader audience, Soaak developed its groundbreaking mobile platform that includes the Soaak App, offering a variety of sound-frequency therapies and programs, and a Virtual Health clinic providing their in-clinic treatments online. For more information on Soaak Technologies including scientific research on the kind of treatment modalities they offer, visit https://www.soaak.com/. **See below for a special discount offer for Take Back Your Mind listeners!**

-Henry's initial skepticism around sound frequency therapy until he saw the positive results with their clinic clients

-Some of the latest research on the efficacy of sound frequency therapy

-The myriad of ways sound frequencies work across various conditions, including alleviating stress and anxiety and enhancing focus and creativity
