Understanding the Akashic Records: A Guide to Healing & Evolution with Dr. Josephine Hardman

Today, Michael welcomes certified intuitive healer, Akashic Records Practitioner and Teacher, and transformation expert, Dr. Josephine Hardman. In 2017, Josephine left a successful career in academia teaching English Literature to do spiritual work full-time. Her life's mission is to help healers, coaches, and spiritual practitioners heal themselves so they can do their most aligned, most impactful, highest-level work with their clients.

Josephine uses a range of tools including deep self-inquiry, Psychosynthesis, Matrix Energetics, and—primarily—the Akashic Records. She also hosts the weekly podcast "Inner Work: A Spiritual Growth Podcast" in which Michael was a guest.

Highlights from Michael and Josephine's deep-dive conversation include:

-Josephine's career transition and decision to follow her soul's calling to do spiritual work full-time, and the challenges she had along the way

-What the Akashic Records are, how anyone access them, and how they support the healing and evolution of individuals and humanity as a whole

-How Josephine uses the Akashic Records in her life and for her business, and how working with them can benefit teams and groups like staff employees, organizations, and even countries

-Josephine's Inner Work Podcast; her free Akashic Records Mini Course (see link below); and so, so much more!

Next, Michael leads a brief guided meditation.
