FEWER TRIVIALITIES – MORE OF THE BIG PICTURE PROBLEM Why do you decide so frequently and so much? You are constantly being consulted for trivial decisions that anyone could easily make for themselves? Are you surprised and annoyed again and again about decisions and activities of your employees which are not comprehensible for you? You should actually manage the future, but because of the multitude of individual decisions you don't find the time and energy in the evenings for doing so?
