Case Update: Antonio Jordan Neill

Case Update: Antonio Jordan Neill

We first brought you Antonio’s story in June of 2018. At that time, Antonio was still missing. His case had gone from a missing person case, to an active homicide investigation, and back to a missing case again. Antonio’s mom was left in limbo, not knowing what had happened to her son. All she had were the strange stories coming from people who had been in the house with Antonio when he disappeared. Was it true that Antonio had stabbed Andrew in the neck, completely unprovoked, then ran out of the house, disappearing forever? Jenny never believed that this version of events was true, but there was no evidence to prove what had happened. Then, six months after our original episode aired, and more than two years after Antonio had vanished, people walking along the shore of Jetty Island made a gruesome discovery.

If you have any information regarding the disappearance and death of Antonio Neill, please contact the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office at 425-388-3393. Crime Stoppers is currently offering a $1000 reward for information on Antonio’s case. To submit a tip anonymously through Crime Stoppers, go to www.P3Tips.com or call 1-800-222-Tips.

Lexy Anne Stacy

Lexy Anne Stacy

Lexy Anne Stacy was a kind-hearted and independent-thinking young woman raised by two loving parents in Colorado's eastern plains. At 21, Lexy's BFF was her mother, Cindy, and she had three years in at the Westminster Walmart, where was named Employee of the Month, was well-liked, and made easy friends. Very much her own person, Stacy's tattoo sleeves and make-up heavy aesthetic were extensions of her vibrant and cheerful personality. But Lexy's technicolor world dimmed after she met Daniel Perkins on her 21st birthday. Perkins, a self-professed erudite and ladies' man, soon wreaked havoc in the Stacy household, driving a wedge between Lexy and her parents, and eventually Lexy and her friends. In the spring of 2015, Perkins gave Lexy a laptop to pawn because he didn't have an ID. What he didn't tell her was that he'd stolen it from her friend's house. Soon, a felony warrant was issued for her arrest. Things only got worse. Despite his previous failures as a criminal, Perkins robbed a bank in late May 2015, and was swiftly arrested. Nevertheless, Lexy exploited a clerical error to spring her sweetheart from the pokey. They've been on the run ever since. Where they are is anybody's guess. In late July 2016, a Missouri woman named Sheena Cox attempted to extort $2,000 from Lexy's heartbroken parents in exchange for information on their daughter's whereabouts. Disturbingly, Sheena implied Lexy was being held against her will, but records also show Sheena has been embroiled in a variety of real estate schemes. This week's investigation traces Lexy's whereabouts to a faux-utopia called Astral Valley, where Cox and Co. masquerade as peace lovin' hippies but may very well be involved in darker dealings behind the scenes? How can two cash-poor kids travel unnoticed for so long? We explore these questions and more in this episode of The Vanished. Donald "Donnie" Messier

Donald "Donnie" Messier

Donald Messier is as vanished as vanished gets. The 34-year-old Vermont native was on the rebound in October 2006 following a painful divorce. On the night of Oct. 14, 2006, Donnie went to Waitsfield, to enjoy himself at another of the epic parties thrown by a longtime buddy. Those there that night say Donnie left the party by himself between midnight and 2:30 a.m. on October 15, 2006. No one has seen him or his big-red pickup since. Over the following weeks, forests were searched and waters dredged, but the mystery behind Donnie's whereabouts only deepened. After giving it their half-hearted best, Vermont State Police determined Donnie wasn't a victim of foul play, suspecting he skipped out on the only life he's known or, perhaps, killed himself in the backcountry. For the last 10 years, his family has believed otherwise. "I have heard some 'interesting' stories about how [he] just dropped off the face of the Earth with [his] truck," Donnie's father wrote on Facebook on Oct. 15, 2014. "Those responsible need to start looking over their shoulders because what goes around comes around." In this investigation, Marissa and Nathan eye the conspiracy of silence around the party Donnie went to that night, discovering that if you listen closely enough you begin hearing the secrets others have left embedded in the silence around them.UPDATE: In October 2022, Adventures with Purpose found Donnie’s truck in the Winooski River. Donnie’s remains were not located inside the vehicle.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

Amos Mortier Part 4

In this final installment of Amos Mortier's story, Vanished producer Nathan Comp gives us a peek into the evidence he says points to someone other than Big Jake Stadfeld, who police have eyed as their main suspect for the last 12 years. Former Det. Shannan Morgan, who headed the investigation into Amos's disappearance for nearly eight years, gives her reasons for fingering Stadfeld over all these years, despite the fact that nothing came from her probe. In this jaw-dropping finale to our four-part series on Amos Mortier's befuddling disappearance, you have a front-row seat to a missing person investigation run amok.
