Steven: “Fear of not leading people correctly. Fear of not listening, completely. Fear of not changing fast enough. Fear of not being able to partner because I can't hear what my partners are actually asking. So fear was the biggest challenge for sure.

Steven: “Greater rank is a title, you watch who people follow, why two people lean into when they talk, and whose words they hang on. And you engage with those people, and you learn what makes them tick.”

Steven: “I feel like there's a duty and understanding. And I can do a better job if I actually understand what you're saying. And that requires some work on my part.”
